Breast reduction and cancer risk?

I read that dense breasts are more likely to form cancer. I know for a fact that mine (D cup) are very dense because I am very skinny and my breasts are not made of fat. I also have a couple other risk factors for breast cancer. THEORETICALLY, if I got a reduction to an A cup, would my risk of cancer be decreased?

1. It really wouldn't matter, but you could get a reduction for any back pain or health issues you may have.
2. I think it doesn't really matter, you either get it by chance or genitics. Menopausal medications can cause breast cancer, possibly, so try to avoid those. Talk to your doctor on the subject, they'd probably know better than me.
