Do Indian doctors have expertise to cure breast cancer without sacrificing the breast?

Breast cancer is curable in early stages- that too without sacrificing the breast. But for that one needs to be treated by doctors with considerable expertise & experience and hospitals with state of art facilities for cancer treatment. Big teaching hospitals like Sanjay Gandhi postgraduate institue hospital in Lucknow and All India Institute hospital in New Delhi have all these, and being government hospitals, offer these treatment for heavily subsidized costs. But general public is not so well aware of these facts. As a result, not too many patients avail of these opportunity to recieve the world class treatment available at these hospitals.

   I think that each country has world class treatment available for minimal to no cost at Universities and teaching hospitals. No one need go without medical treatment.
6. We have to acept the fact that any cancer if it is in advanced stage, very difficult to cure. I lost my mother and younger sister for breast cancer. R.L.Raheja Hospital in Mumbai, India is suppossed to be No. 1 in cancer treatment in India. If one is financially weak, the patient can contact the Social Medical Worker in the hospital where they reimburse the expenses fully.
