Pink this Pink that - breast cancer awareness is everywhere.?

Does a certain percentage actually go into the Breast Cancer Awareness 'bucket' or is this just another Fleecing of America? I am looking for the truth here not just speculations.

   A portion of the proceeds usually is donated to a breast cancer research or support foundation - which one and how much depends on the company itself. You can then visit each foundations specific website to see what they do with the money.
2. it is actually going towards breast cancer, its here in ireland aswell, im not sure how much is going towards it but theres definately a certain percentage!
3. from what i've heard like on commercials they always say that a certian percent goes to that foundation. I know that yoplait has this send in the pink lid thing. But I don't know much about it. Here's their website... I couldn't find on here if they donate money from their earnings or a percentage of the amountl.
