Where can I find a red-ribbon bumper sticker?

I've seen yellow "Support our troops" ribbons on many a car, as well as pink breast cancer ribbons (though the latter I have seen in fewer numbers) Does anyone know if there exists a red ribbon in the same design I could put on my car (the red for AIDS)? It's a cause that's a bit closer to home for me than our troops or any form of cancer, having lost a friend and loved ones to the disease. Of course, I don't need to find one, I'd just like to know if they're out there.
