Breast cancer?

i am 27 years old , can some body tell me breast cancer is like what? how is it happen ? because by today i feel very pain when i press my breast between my underarm there ? izzit i get breast cancer .... Please help me .. I havent get baby yet?Or if I get breast cancer any symptom ? Thank you

1. You're probably fine, but should see a doctor just in case. Sometimes lymph nodes get inflamed, or sweat glands get blocked. Does skin move freely around the lump? That is a good thing. Generally a breast cancer lump doesn't hurt, but these other lumps do. And breast cancer grows slowly enough that you don't juts suddenly feel a lump that hurts one day. Something that appears overnight is probably one of the benign problems. But all of these are generalizations, so you need to go to a doctor to get these facts confirmed.
2. The ONLY way to tell is a medical examination. What you have can be a pulled muscle or an infection. Go see a gynaecologist.
