I have a red dot on my breast.. Could it be cancer?

About 3 months ago I woke up with something that looked like a spider bite, and it bled for about 2 or 3 days and hurt to the touch. I guess you could say it "healed" because it stopped bleeding and it doesnt hurt or itch, but now it just looks like a bruise that wont go away its been there for about 3 months. Now I have heard of something called Inflammatory Breast Cancer, and I have read up on it and Its symptoms and I know they said it might look something like an insect bite or bruise that doesnt go away and when I read it I got a little scared, but I dont have the itching or enlargement of the breast, no inverted nipple, swelling or any other symptoms really. So can cancer still be a possibility? Does it manifest itself in different ways with different women? and Im only 20 years old.I went to urgent care - the doctor said " It doesnt LOOK like cancer, and gave me some ointment to put on it. He said to put it on for 10 days and check back with him. Any help would be appriciated!

1. Do not take his word for it, get a second opinion. I watched a video on Inflammatory Breast Cancer and too many doctors were just dismissing it as a bugbite. Too many women find out after it is too late, It's your body, you should not let him tell you it's nothing
2. First, VERY SMART to go to the doctor! Problems, when they are small, are easier to fix, than if you wait and they become BIG!
   
   Try a dermatologist for a second opinion. Just to be sure.

3. it sounds like it might be a boil. If so they will keep re-appearing until antibiotics get rid of it. They are very painful because of the pressure from the blood and pus under it.
   Whatever you do do not pop it it will pop when it is ready you pop it and you are going to get another one a bigger one.
4. use the ointment for the 10 days and if it doesn't go away go see the docter again good luck
