Male breast cancer....?

I've been looking around on the internet....and think I might have breast cancer......ya I'm male and it's kind of embarrising to talk about, but anyways....I know what a normal breast area should look like, but mine is different. If I feel my nipple, there seems to be something under both of them, and it's noticable. Plus, it causes pangs of pain when Im not even touching them, and gives out a considerable amount of pain when touched. Plus, they aren't even with my skin. They puff out about a couple centimeters. Also, It's been like this for a couple years but was to embarrased to go to somebody about it until now. Anyone know what this is? Whats a normal procedure cost to do a check up? We don't have any health insurance at the moment....

1. First off, I congratulate your manliness to ask this question. It takes bravery than most males have to ask "embarrassing" questions.
   
   I'm sure you DON'T have cancer. When you have cancer, you usually don't feel any pain (which is one of the most significant problem people face-- if it doesn't bother them, they leave it alone until its too late), but you can see and feel irregular lumps in places you know you shouldn't have.
   
   Maybe you've been working out, maybe you're going through puberty. But I do find it serious that you've had it for a couple years and not had it checked by a doctor. The following link is from webmd.com; a great site for self-diagnosis.
2. You need to see a doc so he can look at your chest and help you figure out what it is. Without being able to see you or examine you there is no way anyone can have a clue what is going on.
3. Please see a doctor! It's very important to get checked out. Do not be embarrassed, it's actually a lot more common that you would think!
4. It's completly normal, it's ur male hormones (yea I told my parents i had breast cancer) and damn do they hurt!

6. i heard it's normal here, and be strong and go to doctor because if u are late the cancer will grow so fast go to him.
