In male breast cancer a chemotherapy is given before or after surgery(at stage 2)?

1. some cancers only need one or the other (surgery or chemo). if both are needed, the chemo comes after the surgery.
2. It usually depends on the size of the tumor. If they think it is too big they may try chemo before surgery to try to reduce the size first, otherwise they will do chemo after the surgery.
3. Typically, you would have a lumpectomy or mastectomy.
   Followed by the chemo
   Followed by the radiation.
   
   If you are not sure, ask your doctor what the plans for you are.
