Who are most prone to breast cancer,male or female?

1. Epidemological studies showed a prevalence of breast cancer in female to male to be of a ratio of around 100:1
   
   In other word, females are 100 times more likely to have breast cancers than male.
   
   Predisposing factors in male include radiation exposure, family history, cirrhosis leading to high estrogen, klinefelter's syndrome.
