How does male female breast cancer differ?

1. males can have breast cancer????? i didnt know that?! wow! i just learned somthing new today!

   If I'm not mistaken they basically shouldn't differ in any way, and here is the reasoning.
   
   Breast cancer is closely related to hormone levels, and since normally males who develop breast cancer have either a liver problem or a tumor secreting female hormones, the pathology shouldn't really matter, the important thing is the fact that he has excess female hormones, and that's what might trigger gynecomastia and the cause of the cancer
   
   Basically they shouldn't differ
