Can titty twisters cause deformation of the nipple or breast cancer in males?

This is a serious question, and I seek an informative serious answer. Daily at school, i recieve around 3-5 titty twisters, I cannot stand this. What will happen ? ( They always get me on the same side). Thanks for all of your answers.
