I'm a 16 male and and I feel something abnormal underneath my right nipple?

Is this due to going through adolescence or could this be a symptom of male breast cancer? I worry about these things, I'm going to see the doctor in a couple of days but I just wondered what you guys thought? Cheers It feels as if there is something underneath it. It looks normal but a little raised not swollen. It is tender though.

2. Is it a bug bite? I just had a bug bite in the same place it it made my whole nipple swell.
