Breast Cancer or not???

I'm a male,21 yrs old, My left nipple is paining for the past 3 days when i touch them(i can feel some thing solid) ,unlike my rignt one.. Also there s no external growth,No one in my family got cancer yet up to my knowledge.When i searched in net, i was shocked with lot of breast cancer results... Please help me... I have not consulted with doctor yet.. (Am taking treatment for urinary tract infection,wil ther b any connection beween this two???) If cancer, is it a dangerous one? if not what could this be?

1. I am assuming that you are in good health and that you are not taking any steroids. People of both sexes can get cysts in their breasts, which is what it could be. You could try putting a warm, damp wash cloth on the area three times a day for a few days to see if you get any relief. These things will usually clear up on their own. On Monday call your doc and make an appointment to see him.
2. You are too young to have a breast cancer.It's a hormonal dis balance,mastopathia.
