- I'm afraid there's no easy answer to this; breast cancer can recur at any time, even years later. Recently a breast cancer patient on here blocked me for giving this answer when she asked this question, and I know it's hard to hear, but it is a fact.
Your oncologist can give you your 5 or 10 years survival stats based on your grade stage etc, but they are only a guide, not a guarantee.
I understand your fear, but as time passes that fear will not occupy your mind so much. My cancer was grade 3 stage 3; like you i had chemo and rads following my surgery and last month marked four years since my diagnosis. I am in very good health.
It's natural to worry, but remember you have had the best treatment there is and have given yourself every chance. While breast cancer can recur, many many women live long and healthy lives after treatment and are never bothered by bc again.
I recommend these sites to you; both have a lot of information, and forums where you can talk to other women in your situation

My best wishes to you
- not bad
- your oncologist would be able to give you the most accurate % but my breast cancer was stage 3 grade 3 and i have a 70% chance to be cancer free for 5 years so i would imagine you have a higher chance of being cancer free or a lower chance of getting it agian
- it is very low. don't owrry you will be fine. if you aworry it would be worse. just eat a lot of beans and pulses they are good,a nd eat veggie. this may prevent cancer
