Breast Cancer survivor support ?

I have a friend who's daughter just survived a long battle with Breast cancer, she had some very strong chemo treatments done. It's left her weak, sick, and barely able to get around. To add to that her and her husbnad are having issues. Is there any place she can go, to get the rest and care she needs, along with support to get through this. ?

1. Being a breast cancer survivor myself, I would have her start with the group "Why Me"; they may be able to offer her some options to her dilemma. Also, her local hospital, if it has a Womans' Center may also offer suggestions.
2. Used to be support at anti-cancer council or with some catholic agencies there is both marital and social support. In this type of circumstance local/suburban councils can advise of options.
3. I think the best places for her is her hause and families and friends house, with having fun parties and the best supporters are her families, friends and relatives that she loves them. her mood is much important than her disease.
