- pain in one or both breasts,discharge or bleeding from nipple, hurts to breathe,the size and color around the nipple changes

The best self-help is that you examine your breasts and surrounding tissue regularly, so that you are familiar with what is normal for you and may be able to detect any changes.
- lumps in your breasts. if it's one and it doesn't go away jus gets bigger over time go get it checked out. sometimes anti perspirant and deodorant can cause this..if there is lumps under the arm or more than one n the breasts it could be this. if u suspect anything go to the doctor n get an opinion. u can even go to the health department for free. have a great day.
